• Responsibility to perform 3M Negative Wound Therapy (NPWT) hardware daily service operation for cleaning and QC activities, perform periodically preventive maintenance (PM) activity as per the schedule
• Responsible for 3M NPWT Hardware service activities provide technical support as tier 1 level, handling customer inquiries, resolving issue and provide in-service training by complying with various 3M Standard Operating Procedures, QMS and regulations in Thailand
• Develop proficiency for administrative duties such as equipment pool management inbound and outbound , service call clearing, email and reading/filing technical bulletins and service reports
• Cultivate customer relationships and interaction by phone , email , onsite face to face visiting, accessing customer needs, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues
• Escalate the critical service and quality issues to regional and global team
• Routine operational service with good performing service KPI, service improvement, manage and evaluate service capabilities by training, technical up to date bulletin , standard procedure and best practice sharing to meet company standards regarding service KPI, improve first time trough, minimized device turnaround time and ensure high level customer satisfaction

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Biomedical or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical ,computer service software and analytical skills with tracking records
• Preferential employment at least in 3 years of hardware and software service experiences in Medical or related market
• Requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Skilled Excel, MS Team and PowerPoint)
• Result oriented, persistence skills, critical thinking, service mindset, good time management skills, positive discipline and impetus to team members and possess good communication skill
• Able understand and righteously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in running as importance of service and enrich with quality mindset in Medical Devices QMS or Healthcare environment and have systematic and logical thinking
• Able to travel in country frequently
