หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้ข้อมูล ตอบคำถาม ประสานงาน และอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับเจ้าของห้องชุดหรือบุคคลภายนอกที่มาติดต่อ
- จัดทำเอกสารประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อเสนอความรู้ความเข้าใจให้กับผู้พักอาศัยในอาคารชุด
- แนะนำการใช้แอพพิเคชั่นและช่องทางการติดต่ออื่นๆ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าที่เข้าพักอาศัย
- ดูแลตรวจสอบความสะอาด การรักษาความปลอดภัยบริเวณทางเข้า - ออก ล็อบบี้
- เช็ค/ตรวจสอบอีเมล์เกี่ยวกับสถานะห้องชุดที่ โอน-รับห้องแล้ว และจัดทำลงในรายงาน
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าโดยผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารต่างๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์,อีเมล เพื่อทำการนัดหมายรับมอบกุญแจห้องชุด
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมและความสะอาดของห้องชุดก่อนส่งมอบห้องชุด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ภายในโครงการ
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์
- จัดเตรียม Welcome Box ให้กับลูกค้า
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้ครบถ้วนก่อนส่งมอบ
- รับข้อมูลรายละเอียดของลูกค้าเบื้องต้นและส่งต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามลูกค้ากรณีลูกค้ามีการเลื่อนนัดรับมอบกุญแจห้องชุด
- จัดทำเอกสารส่งมอบกุญแจห้องชุด
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน
- อายุ 23-40 ปี
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานลูกค้าสัมพันธ์หรืองานบริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ฟัง/พูด/อ่าน/เขียน)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและบุคลิกภาพดี
- ทัศนคติเชิงบวกและมีใจบริการ
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
