RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate to fulfill Yamaha parts orders and delivery:

Act promptly, accurately and efficiently to domestic & oversea customers & vendors' requirement.

Manage order receiving, delivery plan and monitor shipment to meet production schedule.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to KPIs:

Customers' order and vendors' supply analysis

Supplier's delivery performance

• Follow up and improve own jobs efficiency based on assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in any related field

At least 2-5 years experience in Export and Import job function

Very good command in English especially speaking & writing (Able to communicate in English confidently)

Proficiency in computer programs; excel, Microsoft word, Power point and internet

Ability to work under pressure with self-starter environment
