Key Responsibility

• Analyse Economic profits at items/ classes/ vendors level and highlight to Commercial team where the opportunities of margin/ revenue improvement are. For example, CGM, DC Income, Commercial Income
• Work with Commercial team to create action plans from identifying opportunities and quantifying size of prize and benefit tracking.
• Support category reset processes to improve economic profits by removing underperformed items/ classes or vendors and benchmarking the performance against class average
• Support vendor negotiation for non category reset be selecting vendors who generate negative economic profits to improve their funding support.
• Being stream lead for Commercial team in order to drive Margin and Revenue Improvement Plan

Qualifications

• At least 5 extensive experiences in Business Analyst and Business Development or Commercial Background with dynamic business background.
• Business Data Analysis and Numerical with well understanding both qualitative and quantitative data such as Customer Insight, Financial Data
• Commercial Acumen
• E2E Project Management
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management
• Effective Presentation skill
• Persuasion & Influence skill
