Key Responsibility

• Serving as the primary point of contact for all matters with internal (within CP Group, such as Lotus’s, Makro, and other business units world-wide) and external (such as local and international business alliances / partners, suppliers, government offices, academic institutions, consultants) parties pertaining to Lotus’s Group CEO Office.
• Supporting Lotus’s Group CEO in dealing and coordinating with stakeholders based in overseas (such as suppliers and CP business units in China, Malaysia, and other international locations) to establish, drive, and grow current and future businesses.
• Gate-keeping access to Lotus’s Group CEO’s calendar. Plan, coordinate, and ensure that the Group CEO's work schedule is followed and respected by relevant stakeholders.
• Providing executive assistance in every work-related administrative tasks to Lotus’s Group CEO, while prioritizing conflicting needs and handling them proactively until completion.
• Proactively monitoring, coordinating, and following-up with the relevant stakeholders’ (such as Lotus’s SLT, RMD, CP B&F) progress on action items they committed with Lotus’s Group CEO in the meetings he chairs / attends (e.g. SLT Meeting, ICPD, New Business Updates) from beginning to successful and sustainable implementation.

Qualifications

• Chinese proficiency (HSK Level 5 and above, or equivalent)
• English proficiency
• Well-organized, yet highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Clear and concise communication when speaking, writing, and presenting in both English and Thai
• Proactive, courageous, with fighting spirit
