Corporate Asset Management Manager
atCentara Hotels & Resorts- Supporting / Assisting Group Asset Management Director to maximize the performance of the hotel.
- Tracking monthly performance of hotels against their annual operating budget and other financial target.
- Responsible for producing timely and accurate monthly financial reports for the management team together with supporting analysis.
- Presentation of key findings to management (as needed).
- Financial performance analysis of underperforming hotels by room type, market segment, etc.
- Perform industry and competitor analysis
- Support hotel management team regarding any issues/problems with BI system.
- Work together with other departments such as IT team and continue focusing on work efficiency.
- Perform any other reasonable research or tasks requested by the Group Asset Management Director.
- Working according to the policies and procedures that govern the operations of the finance function within Centara.
- Bachelor degree in finance, economics or accountancy. Master degree is preferable.
- Able to work under pressure and limited guidance.
- Strong analytical skill. Good and enjoy working with number.
- Strong computer skill, in particular, excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skill.
