Junior Accountant
atBrighton College International School BangkokBrighton College International School in Bangkok Brighton College Bangkok wishes to recruit a Junior Accountant to support the Finance and Account Department of Brighton College Bangkok. The successful candidate will report to the Chief of Finance and Operation Officer (Bursar)
Responsibilities
- Prepare Payment Voucher
- Prepare monthly report for withholding tax and accrued charges
- Submit online withholding tax
- Issues tuition fees, meals transport and other miscellaneous invoices
- Updates Fixed Assets records
- Prepare monthly nominal account analysis and actual vs budget reports
- Prepare monthly closing of accounts
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Complete monthly report of digital copier and paper use
- Stock management and control
