The School is looking for a qualified and highly motivated candidate for the overall management of School procurement and the School Shop. To enhance customer satisfaction, meet customer needs and manage staff effectively.

• Purchase and manage all shop stock – uniforms, stationery and merchandising for the school shop in co-ordination with the accounts department
• Manage shop administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• To be responsible for whole school local and overseas purchasing, ensuring that the School obtain competitive pricing by continued investigation of suppliers available
• Manage departmental and individual requests (cross campus) for purchasing requirements
• Maintain outstanding shop and display condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage and support sales and purchasing staff by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience and knowledge in customer service and administrative work
• Ability to understand the customers' needs
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Highly organised with capacity for speed and accuracy in work output
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, positive attitude and a great team worker
