What's your role in the team?

We are looking for Logistic Project Management, Asst. Manager who needs to understand & lead an ecommerce fast fashion brand works and creates high value experience for customers.

You will work closely with the Fulfillment, Customer service, Operation Technology team under operations department to improve on delivery experience to customer, regional logistic strategy & solution and provide better class in logistic quality, efficiency & costs. At Pomelo, each team member is expected to work autonomously, often setting their own objectives and key results.

• Initiate and lead regional logistic strategic projects.
• Project scope related but not limited to logistic solution, cost reduction, lead time improvement, and customer experience improvement
• Design sustainable logistics operation through process engineering, modeling and optimization
• Assess and make recommendations for new logistics routing advise of cost implications and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
• Interface closely with Operation Technology team for system enhancement requests, new features roll-out and implementation
• Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary
• Monitor and make sure to keep expected targets to be on track including Logistic Cost Management
• Keeps up to date with knowledge of industry standards
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business directions and startup culture

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree or higher in Supply Chain, MIS, Engineer, Business Administration, Statistics or any related field

• Experience in Strategic Planning , Project Management and Logistic Solution 3-5 years
• Experience in P&L Management is a plus
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Database management skills and advanced MS Excel and Access is required.
• Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
• Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
• Be able to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment.
