Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand Purpose: Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting on all facility operations, performance metrics, and compliance obligations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards Coordinate regulatory inspections and manage relationships with authorities Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely renewals of permits and licenses Develop and manage reporting frameworks for operational performance Prepare management reports including uptime, incidents, and KPIs Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action plans Maintain compliance documentation and evidence libraries Support internal and external audit processes Track and report on SLA performance and client commitments Implement compliance management systems and tools Provide compliance training and awareness programs Job Specification Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field Experience: Minimum 4 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or audit roles Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred Knowledge of Thai regulatory framework for industrial facilities Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements Excellent analytical and reporting skills Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy Strong written and verbal communication Ability to interpret regulations and technical standards Certifications (Preferred): ISO Internal Auditor (9001/14001/45001) Compliance or Risk Management certification Language: Fluent in Thai and English Location: –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
