- Support User ทางด้าน Hardware และ Software
- แก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อ Lan, Network รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ เครือข่าย (Network Equipment เช่น HUB ,Switch,Router,Server)
- ส่งต่อปัญหาเกี่ยวกับข้อผิดพลาดฮาร์ดแวร์ไปยังผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตั้งและตั้งค่า OS , Software , Printer
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์ CCTV
- ดูแลเรื่องสัญญาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
- ช่วยดูสื่อ Social ต่างๆ เช่น Line@ , Facebook , google
- ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกสอนใช้งานโปรแกรมให้กับพนักงาน
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
