Officer, Document Control

- Coordinate with the Document Control Executive for the control document standardization in terms of format and content across company
- Maintain and control the Operational Manual Master Lists of Thai AirAsia to ensure they are completed and updated. This includes liaising with the Document Control Executives of other AOCs for updates on changes
- Maintain and control the List of Required Manuals for all hubs and stations within Thai AirAsia
- Administer the daily operations of the DCC via the Thai AirAsia DCC System, DocuNet and Google Drive to ensure that the content is always current and that there are no discrepancies between the platforms as well as to ensure that relevant versions of documents are readily identifiable and available in the systems
- Maintain a backup library of all operational manuals in softcopy form (both.doc and .pdf format) for Thai AirAsia
- Facilitate process owners in developing, revising and reviewing all documents and records in respective DCCs to ensure that the content is adequate, proper and current at all times. This includes issuing reminders to HODs and document owners to review and update documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in document control or related filed
- Familiar with ISO experience and Document Control Process
- Good command in all 4 kills of English
- Well-versed in the functions of Microsoft Office Program
- High comfort level working in the diverse environment
- Able to travel when required
- Good organization and interpersonal skills
