ร่วมกัน Design AI User Service Flow และ Business เพื่อรองรับการติดต่อCall Center ผ่านช่องทาง Voice & Non Voice
ช่วยเก็บ Requirement ของ User Call Center ในการนำมา Design โปรแกรมการทำงาน ในรูปแบบของ RPA
ออกแบบ AI&RPA Concept Model และ Implement AI&RPA Service Model ตาม Level ที่กำหนด
Support และแก้ไข AI Chatbot & RPA ให้เป็นไปตาม User Service Design โดยต้องทำให้ทันตาม Plan & Event ที่องค์กรกำหนด
วิเคราะห์ Log & Report เพื่อ Revise AI Concept ให้สามารถทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นไปตาม Customer Journey
ทำการ operation & tuning AI Chatbot เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ให้อยู่ในค่ามาตรฐานที่องค์กรกำหนด
สามารถ Implement AI & RPA โดยใช้ Advance Model (Level 3) ได้

ร่วมวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมลูกค้า/พนักงาน ที่ติดต่อ Call Center ผ่านช่องทาง Social Media & AI Chatbot all Channel (i.e. Aunjai-TH&EN/ E-Recruitment/ Welfare)
ร่วมกัน Design AI User Service Flow และ Business เพื่อรองรับการติดต่อCall Center ผ่านช่องทาง Voice & Non Voice
ช่วยเก็บ Requirement ของ User Call Center ในการนำมา Design โปรแกรมการทำงาน ในรูปแบบของ RPA
