Admin Support Senior/Officer
atAdvanced Info Service PCL. (AIS)Job Responsibilities:
- Settle/Manage document control center for procurement team
- Support as project coordinator for PO Process by monitoring end to end from approval paper circulation until PO issuance on time plan
- Responsible as meeting facilitator for all meeting conducted by a procurement team
- Responsible for settle/manage accessibility with record and provide high confidentiality for proposal room
- Responsible as project coordinator for improving purchasing process by using software, paperless, and eliminate unnecessary process
- Responsible for all general admin team support and team engagement for procurement team
Job Qualification:
- Graduated Bachelor degree in Business Admin or any related field
- Experience 1-2 years in Telecom work experience
- High Confidentiality/Communication Skill/Fluent in English/Good Attitude/Basic Knowledge in MS. Office
