Job Summary
Job Description
- Develop and support robotic process automation platform (RPA) and web application platform
- Gather requirement from users, understand current processes, design RPA workflow for production
- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA bots for the process automation
- Monitoring and maintaining RPA bots to ensure that RPA runs smoothly
- Testing software to ensure the coding is correct, debugging and fixing errors where they occur, re-checking the program results is correct and cover requirement, and communicating or training users to use the new system Assist / coach team members ad users in using RPA tools
- Manage, strengthen, and expand team – develop and monitor KPIs & budgets to assess team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information System, Accounting Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
- At least 6-12 years of experience in RPA (Uipath, Power Platform etc.) and Web Programming C#.NET/VB.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Experience in Telecom or Customer Service Business will be an advantage.
