Retail Business Platform & Analytics Manager

1. Retail Business Platform Management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the retail digital platform, ensuring seamless navigation and integration
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of platform development and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with IT and technology partners to ensure platform scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze platform performance and user data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and prioritize the platform roadmap in alignment with retail strategies and ROI targets.
2. Retail Business Analytics & Insights
- Lead analytics initiatives to transform retail data into strategic insights for decision-making.
Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to track key retail data (sales, attach rate, conversion, customer behavior, partner performance, etc.).
- Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, business drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support sales growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with BI and Data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integration across systems (POS, ERP, and eCommerce).
- Present business insights and performance analysis to senior management with clear, concise storytelling.
3. Market & Industry Trend Analysis
- Monitor retail and digital market trends to identify new business opportunities and innovation areas.
- Benchmark retail performance and digital maturity against competitors and industry best practices.
- Support management in formulating data-driven strategies and long-term retail business direction.
4. Project Management
- Lead new retail digital or analytics projects from feasibility assessment through delivery.
- Create and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and ensure project quality before go-live.
- Support post-implementation review and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in retail business analytics, digital platform management, or data-driven business roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for visualization, data storytelling, and executive reporting.
- Excellent business analytical skills — able to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations and business impact.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, and Operations to align business and digital strategies.
- Knowledge of data structure and retail system integration (POS, ERP, eCommerce).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering insights that drive measurable results.
