International Roaming & International Direct Dialing Business Development Specialist

• Partnership Management: manage relationship with business partners and roaming partners globally.
• Explore new business opportunities through data-mining and bench-marking with global roaming partners to create new source of revenue.
• Conduct analysis report of international business / roaming products / services movement to identify new business opportunities along with understanding world market dynamic, technological advancements and business challenges.
• Cooperate with relevant teams such as Business integration, Engineer, Legal, Accounting, Billing & Settlement, Business partner, etc. to implement and launch products / business as planned.

• Age 28 - 35 years old
• Master Degree in Business Analysis / International Business/ Finance and Commerce / related field is preferable
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering / related field is preferable
• 3 - 5 Years in business development / marketing / data analysis / research / financial analysis / account management / partner relations / alliance development
• Accountable and outcome oriented
• Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
• Good analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, complex problem solving, strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and to work comfortably with some ambiguity
• Innovative thinking & able to work with pressure
• Excellent financial analysis and pattern recognition skills
• Fluent in English: High Level, spoken and written
• Knowledge of the technological tools and IT
