Executive Secretary
atAdvanced Info Service PCL. (AIS)- Keep document control of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Translation of letters from Thai to English and vice versa/ translations of outdoor and indoor letters and distributing them.
- Cover for the administration task and job assignment during his leave.
- Arranging diaries and making appointments
- Booking rooms and travel arrangements
- Assign and review work of a small staff engaged in performing routine clerical tasks and translations.
- Female, Age not over 38 years old
- Degree in business administration or a relative field
- Proven professional experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding English communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and ability to keep information confidential
- Proficient in MS Office and "back-office" software
- Good Personality and good communication skill both Thai and English
- (Able to start working on the 1st quarter of 2019 and be used to work with the foreigner would be preferred.)
