ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ SR, email ลูกค้าที่ทำการโอนเงิน /นำเช็คเข้าบัญชี ผ่านหน่วยงาน Call Center และ ปิดเคสได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
ดำเนินการจัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อยืนยันค่าใช้บริการ ให้ลูกค้าที่แจ้งความประสงค์ เพื่อประกอบการเบิกจ่าย
ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเอกสาร และ สร้าง Payin และ เคลียร์ Payin บนระบบ PMS ตาม SLA ที่กำเหนด ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
Job Description
ดำเนินการรับชำระ ค่าบริการ AWN, SBN ของกลุ่มลูกค้า Business & Government ที่ทำรายการโดยส่งเช็คทางไปรษณีย์ และ ผ่านระบบ eBiz
ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ SR, email ลูกค้าที่ทำการโอนเงิน /นำเช็คเข้าบัญชี ผ่านหน่วยงาน Call Center และ ปิดเคสได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
ดำเนินการ Reprint Receipt ของ User Collection ที่มีการออกใบเสร็จระบบ eBiz และ จัดส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้า หรือ BC ที่แจ้งได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
ดำเนินการด้านงานบริการ ให้กับลูกค้า ได้แก่ Reprint receipt, statement, credit note, debit note,
ดำเนินการจัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อยืนยันค่าใช้บริการ ให้ลูกค้าที่แจ้งความประสงค์ เพื่อประกอบการเบิกจ่าย
ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเอกสาร และ สร้าง Payin และ เคลียร์ Payin บนระบบ PMS ตาม SLA ที่กำเหนด ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
