Initiate new solution or way of work to improve procurement process.
Job Description
Responsibility of procurement under scope of Transport Network for Mobile and Fix Broadband Project, Interconnection & International Network Project and Wifi Network Project.
2. Settle/Manage investment of Telecom infrastructure equipment and service for benchmarking and provide strategy of negotiation and consolidate to purchasing committee or management for approval.
Control/Balance investment schedule effectively according to delivery time.
Accountable/Drive for new bidding project concerned with all perspective point of view; technical evaluation, commercial evaluation, strategy of negotiation, and consolidate to purchasing committee or management
Initiate new solution or way of work to improve procurement process.
