Job Summary
- Support on-premise solution such as Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam, Server, Storage etc.
- Support solution of cloud products such as O365, Azure, AWS.
Job Description
- Support on-premise solution such as Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam, Server, Storage etc.
- Support solution of cloud products such as O365, Azure, AWS.
- Assist customers as needed with falicitating workshop associated with a product or service.
- Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process
- Preparing and executing customer training.
- Delivering customers solutions especially cloud products.
- Ensuring great client experience for existing large enterprise customers.
- Provide high-level technical and product support, resolve, escalate and follow-up issues until incident closure.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Continuously improving customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Strong in Microsoft servers and cloud such as O365, Azure, AWS .
- Experience in product and technical training.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
