Job Description
  • Foster a customer-centric attitude, drive customer priorities and build effective customer/vendor relationships.
  • Work with the leadership team cross-functionally to help implement ongoing outsources strategies that align with the global business growth and product plan.
  • Analyzes outsourced performance with a heavy focus on efficiency metrics (Cost, quality, productivity, satisfaction) and identifies trends, opportunities, issues, concerns, and successes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partner vendors, including performance penalties and rewards.
  • Perform gap analysis to ensure partner advisors have tools, processes, training, and empowerment to deliver the expected customer experience.
  • Partner with internal and outsourcer teams (Reporting, Quality, Tech Ops, IT, Account Management) to focus on execution and develop top quality.
  • Ensure partner compliance to all agreed-upon requirements and maintenance of these.
  • Conducts frequent site visits and evaluations to ensure outstanding quality and to infuse the Spotify culture at all partner locations.
  • Service/ICT Project management.

Qualifications
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Manage large enterprise managed service.
  • Good understanding of network, Securities and/or system.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills .
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Certificates ; Network & Secuirties ,Windows server - ITIL.
