This position is expected to perform analysis on Wi-Fi, FBB systems, and services and develop tools to recover the network and service incident from outage or degradation in SLAJob Description
Job descriptions :
- To analyze problem root causes to prevent recurring problems and develop automation tasks, process reports to monitor routine work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
- 0-3 years working experience in Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
- Available to work in shifts
- Having basic programming language skill of Python, Java will be an advantage
