Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather, understand, and analyze detailed business requirements (Finance, Revenue Data) using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies from complex datasets to support fraud detection, revenue assurance, and business growth.
  • Develop, verify, and monitor revenue-related data to ensure accuracy in product/service charges, promotions, and customer offerings.
  • Conduct data mining, create reports/dashboards, and deliver statistically significant insights.
  • Analyze Voice, IDD, and IR service calculations to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance with company rates and conditions.
  • Detect and investigate potential fraud or revenue leakage, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL to analyze large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Support management strategies with risk assessment reports and data-driven recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, fraud detection, revenue assurance, or related functions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and statistical reasoning.
  • Experience analyzing big data and collaborating with data scientists/engineers.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
