Job Summary
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานรับสายโทรศัพท์, ตอบกลับ Email, ลูกค้า/BC เพื่อรับเรื่อง, ให้คำปรึกษาด้านข้อมูลต่างๆ และแจ้งกลับผลดำเนินการ
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานจดทะเบียน, สมัคร, ยกเลิก, แก้ไข, เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูล
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานบริการลูกค้า : จัดทำ, ตรวจสอบข้อมูล Customer profile, จัดเตรียมและแนะนำเอกสารบริการ
- ประสานงานติดต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Internal & External) และติดตามผลดำเนินการ
Job Description

- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานจดทะเบียน, สมัคร, ยกเลิก, แก้ไข, เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูล
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานบริการลูกค้า : จัดทำ, ตรวจสอบข้อมูล Customer profile, จัดเตรียมและแนะนำเอกสารบริการ
- ประสานงานติดต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Internal & External) และติดตามผลดำเนินการ
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย/หญิง24 – 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
- มีด้านทักษะการสื่อสารประสานงานที่ดีและมีทัศนคติที่ดีกับงานบริการ
- มีความละเอียดรอบครอบในการทำงาน ตรวจทานก่อนนำส่งมอบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Ms.Word,Excel,Power Point ได้ดี
