Channel Incentive & Resource Management Officer
atAdvanced Info Service PCL. (AIS)Responsibilities.
- Calculate commission for sales channels and summarize commission payments
Manage project-related calculations and configure on-top promotions/discounts in the Channel Management (CM) system
Create or update profiles in related systems to support sales performance (e.g., new subscribers, revenue) such as My Goal App, ECM Mart
- Define user and change requirements, design automation processes, and conduct UAT for system/app development
- Provide channel support including troubleshooting and reconciling sales performance
Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in incentive management, sales performance analysis, or compensation planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), with experience in incentive management systems and related platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
