Procurement Associate (Mandarin)
atExxonMobilProcurement Associate (Mandarin) is responsible to work with internal clients for material and service requisition.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best price for materials and services
- Effectively utilize system (SAP) for spot or agreement maintenance to allow automatic issuance of purchase orders (call-off), goods/services receipt and payments
- Assist clients in resolving any issues related to materials and services
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer and/ or Business related field are preferred.
- Strong academic background
- Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
- Mandarin skill: HSK4-6
- Negotiation skill/Analytical skill/coordination skill
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
