Position: Presales Robot Engineer

Report to: Corporate & Government Manager

Department: Corporate & Government Department

Job Purpose:

Epson is now seeking an experienced Presales Robot Engineer to support the local business sales team and channel partners (distributor, system integrators etc.) in delivering projects and providing high-level technical support. The successful candidate will need the ability to understand the customer requirements, align and put them in scope with Epson’s product portfolio to provide solutions meeting and exceeding customer needs.

Job Description:

• Providing technical support and consulting robot solution to distributors, system integrator and end-user
• Developing a technical training curriculum and conducting technical training programs
• Developing robot demonstrate solution and provide technical support expertise to sales exhibitions and events, either managed centrally or in-conjunction with the sales team
• Preparing technical documentation

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality, age between 25 – 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electronics
• Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications/automation system more than 3 - 5 years
• Experience in image processing or machine vision
• Understand mechanical and electric drawings
• Able to mechanical design through AutoCAD or Solid Works
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as VB.NET, C#
• Good English listening, writing and speaking skills
• Able to travel domestic and international

Working Hour:  8:30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
