• Manage strategy and content for social media platforms, blog posts, and wordings on website
• Manage project resource, timeline, and issues
• Liaise with external vendor in carrying delivering the above requirements and manage requirement and backlog gathering process
• Conduct market, keyword, target audience research
• Create campaigns on Google or Facebook and manage budget allocations, bid strategies and overall strategies of the campaigns (with and without digital agency)
• Monitor performance as well as test and optimize campaigns to achieve goals, such as brand awareness, sales, ROI, or leads (with and without digital agency)
• Collect relevant data, analyze, and perform in-depth analysis that identifies areas of improvements and recommendations

• Male / Female, age 28 - 35 years.
• Bachelor / Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or related fields.
• AdWords certified (YouTube certification preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools.
• Have experience in a Business Analysis, CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Ad Tech role.
• Minimum 4 years of Specialist experience in online marketing, web analytics tools, SEO, and SEM.
• SQL, & Excel for use in data collection, manipulation and analysis.
• Background or understanding in insurance is a plus.
