  • Managing all of day-to-day accounting management responsibilities, focusing on payable transactions;
  • Conducting the payment process for both local and overseas vendors according to the company policies and procedures;
  • Processing accounts payable daily workflows to ensure that all invoices and payments are correctly coded, authorized and posted in financial statements according to the company policies and procedures;
  • Prepare daily flash report;
  • Contacting the bank regarding local and overseas transactions;
  • Preparing regular payment reports to ensure that creditors are paid within due terms;
  • Preparing and maintaining adequate documentation of key controls and daily accounting, as well as monthly closing activities;
  • Preparing, monitoring and controlling monthly reconciliations of the related balance sheet accounts i.e. aged account payable, interco balance, bank reconciliation, prepayment, accrued expenses, withholding tax, VAT and ensuring completion within the associated timeline;
  • Prepare Self Assessed VAT (Por Por 36) and Withholding Tax (Por Ngor Dor 54) for an oversea payment;
  • Prepare monthly taxes i.e. withholding taxes, and VAT to be submitted to The Revenue Department (PND3, PND53, PND54, PP30, PP36 and other related);
  • Dealing with external and internal auditors and ensuring compliance with local legal and corporate requirements;
  • Preparing analysis of cash in and cash out for supporting cash flow reporting (on a weekly basis);
  • Ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and monthly closing;
  • Ensuring accounting records are maintained in accordance with TAS and the Company's accounting policies;
  • Providing support in relation to month-end closing and associated reporting;
  • Performing various ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an accounting field.
  • Male or female, 28-35 years old.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in Account Payable and General Ledger Function.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
  • Familiar with Thai GAAP and tax laws, especially withholding tax and VAT.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with cross functional teams in and outside of Thailand.
  • Very accurate & trustworthy person with good communication.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good command of English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
