Role & Responsibilities:
ME

• Assembly and verification of automatic equipment. Environment cleaning.
• Support and work on the task arranged by supervisor.
• Actively support for engineer to address the equipment issue.
• Application and scrap of fixtures and inspection tools.
• Take inventory and inspect the quality for purchased part and manufactured part.
• Efficiency, productivity and downtime data daily audit, Standard working hours audit.
• Continuous improvement process to ensure that product is manufacturability and productivity can achieve target for mass production.

TE

• Mass production of new product
• Improvement and analysis of verification procedure
• Training for shop floor
• Study, improvement and action of testing issue.
• Maintaining and improving testing equipment and fixture.
• Creating management procedure for testing equipment and fixture.
• Being accountable for replying customer enquiry and testing related question.
• Performing test records and completing test reports

• Test verify and evaluate of failure mode of automotive product.
• Automotive product Electrical engineering support.
• Automotive product failure rate improvement.
• New product/component design validation.
• PWBA level verification.
• FG functioning verification.
