Manufacturing Supervisor
atDelta Electronics (Thailand) PCLYour main role is to:
- Production line management
- Arrange production activities according to production plan
- Management of raw material and finish good
- Shop floor control, audit and supervision
- Transferring and tracking for the mass production of new product
- Exploring, reflecting and taking action for production issue
- Production output, productivity, people management of assembly line
- Cooperate with QA, ME, Test, IE, WH, Planning department
- Quality yield improvement: cause of workmanship
- Working order management and tracking
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree of Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Tool, Automotive Engineering or related field
- Able to use excel; Outlook; PowerPoint
- Manufacture experience 0-5 years or higher
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Positive thinking, people management, able to work OT, ERP SAP
- Good teamwork and able to work under high pressure
- Problem solving with 5W-1H
- Work in shift rotate: 07.40-17.25 or 20.00-05.20 (Monday – Friday)
Good command of both spoken and written English, able to speak in Chinese is a plus
