As a Cloud Solutions Lead Consultant, you'll be a pivotal force within our Enterprise Solutions and SI Business Unit, driving client acquisition and fostering deep technical relationships in the dynamic Thai market. This influential role is perfect for someone with an extensive background in cloud services, cloud architecture, and the engineering or maintenance of cloud solutions. You'll serve as a trusted technical and strategic interface for our cloud engagements, independently engaging with clients from initial opportunity identification to strategic solution design.

While this position focuses on collaborating with local sales teams and cloud partners, it’s more than a traditional pre-sales role. You'll be capable of acting as a "door opener", a leading voice for our cloud capabilities in the market through public speaking and thought leadership, and a direct contributor to the evolution of our service offerings. Your ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and cultural sensitivity will be crucial to your success in Thailand. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

• Independently engage with enterprise clients in Thailand as a technical and strategic point of contact for cloud services, without intermediary roles, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance on cloud foundation, cloud migration, app modernization, DevOps, and tools like GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
• Deeply understand client business objectives to translate them into compelling, actionable strategies and roadmaps with clear business value.
• Leverage extensive cloud architecture and engineering experience to blueprint, design, and validate robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions, on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Capable of taking a lead architectural role or providing expert consultation on cloud projects, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with internal Platform Engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, and align with delivery capabilities.
• Represent our company at industry events and forums in Thailand, actively participating in and leading engaging presentations, workshops, enhancing our presence and relationships within the local market.
• Contribute to the strategic development and refinement of our cloud service offerings, leveraging direct market feedback and competitive analysis.
• Develop compelling technical proposals, statements of work, and high-impact sales/business development materials.
• Provide advanced technical mentorship and insights to our BD/Sales team, enhancing their cloud understanding and market knowledge.
• Act as a key liaison with strategic partners, particularly Microsoft representatives, to align on market strategies and co-create client propositions.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of emerging cloud technologies and trends to continually innovate our offerings.
• Track client interactions and project progress, reporting insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record with at least 5+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., pre-sales, technical consulting, solutions leadership), responsible for driving new business or leading strategic engagements, ideally within cloud solutions or SaaS.
• Minimum of 6-8+ years of progressive experience in cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or cloud maintenance roles, with a demonstrable focus on designing and building cloud solutions.
• Deep practical experience with a broad range of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS services, including but not limited to compute, networking, storage, databases, security, Azure DevOps, PaaS services, and modern application development patterns.
• AI solutions awareness or a direct experience would be a plus.
• Recognized cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional) are highly preferred.
• Extensive experience working within or extensively with the Thai market, demonstrating an understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances.
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Fluent English and Thai.
