- วางแผนและควบคุมการจัดสินค้า พื้นที่ขาย และสต็อกสินค้า
- ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐาน
- ควบคุมคุณภาพการบริการและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้ลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของแผนก
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย ค้าปลีก หรือบริหารทีม อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ยอดขายและการวางแผนงาน
- สามารถทำงานตามเวลาห้างได้
