Educational Consultant (Sales ประจำสาขา MBK )

Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly sales, renewal, and referral targets as set by the Company
- Ensure all KPIs are met related to Sales, Student support, and Student Success
- Manage your daily KPIs such as phone calls, sales presentations, student appointments, etc.
- Record the performance in the company system regarding the sales daily activities and sales process
- Provide Support to Students in Centre, deal with any issues or problems that may arise, and ensure these are addressed to student's satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or below bachelor's degree with sales experience
- At least more than 1 year of proven Sales Experience
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets
- Excellent communication, observation presentation, and Time management skills
- Positive and enthusiastic and full of energy by nature
- Self-confident with good cold-calling skills

Salary:
- 20,000 - 35,000 THB
- Commission 4-7% ( up to 100k+ )

ลักษณะงาน:
- หากลุ่มนักเรียนใหม่และปิดการขายจากช่องทางwalk-in และ tele sales
- ดูแลรักษานักเรียนเก่าเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและทำยอดขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้
- ดูแลให้คำปรึกษาและติดตามนักเรียนที่รับผิดชอบให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเรียนที่กำหนดไว้(มีการอบรมงานขายให้กับพนักงาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าทุกสาขา
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานขายจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีและพร้อมเรียนรู้หาประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย
- เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการหารายได้ไม่จำกัด
เงินเดือน &
สวัสดิการ :
- ฐานเงินเดือน 20,000 - 35,000
- คอมมิชชั่นไม่จำกัด
