Working Hours: 3
Shift, 6 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Survey the plant, manage system operators and ensure team quick response in case of anomalies.
Analyses the technical problem, evaluate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide solutions.
Implement solutions with all parties to enhance system performance.
Collect all data from automated warehouse management software (Systore) and live interventions, analyze and elaborate data to identify potential/real risks of performance loss.
Planning and leading the execution of activities/upgrades for improvement of performance.
Create detailed reports and highlight to management team with proper details of the system performance and operational issues.
Support the operation team in scheduling any planned intervention/maintenance.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of the functioning principle of the automation warehouse and plants, its components and software logic.
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Able to read mechanical diagrams, drawings, blueprints.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate system issues, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
High troubleshooting capacity and the identification of worn components / prediction of failures.
Able to safely and effectively use standard mechanical, electrical, and measuring hand tools for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance activities.
Knowledge and application of safety standards.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills working with teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Information Technology
3-5 years as installation technician and/or assistance to automation, handling or lifting plants is preferred.
Prior experience in the warehouse automation sector is preferred.
Understanding of automated material handling systems, conveyors, ASRS, robotics, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, monitoring software, reporting tools).
