Accounting Officer
atTriumph Motorcycles (Thailand) LimitedWorking day: Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00
- Verify and check supplier invoices.
- Prepare voucher for purchase ledger, JV.
- Enter voucher into Accounting System.
- Verify unit price / QTY with PO.
- Verify documents – Tax invoices.
- Check address for VAT report-Purchase VAT.
- Check each suppliers & reconcile creditors.
- Recording MDN
- Accrued expense
- Match & posting to GL- Sun System.
- Check scrap weight and issue tax invoice for sale scrap.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years' experience up in accounting.
- Good in English communication skill.
- Able to operate computer both general application and specific accounting package
- software.
