- บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และมีความมั่นใจในตัวเอง
- มีทักษะในการพูด และเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน และกระตือรือร้น
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- เคยผ่านงานบริษัทดิจิตอล เอเจนซี่มาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
