- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม (สามารถอ่าน / ตีความกฎหมาย / การอัปเดทกฎหมายปัจจุบัน ต้องมีความรู้กฎหมายพื้นฐาน)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย / จป. วิชาชีพ
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลงานตรวจประเมินความปลอดภัย วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง วางมาตรการ
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม หรือประสานงานหลายฝ่าย
- มีภาวะผู้นำ การตัดสินใจ และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการโน้มน้าว
- มีทักษะในการวางแผน และบริหารโครงการ
- มีความรู้ระบบ IS045001
- มีใบ cer ข้อกำหนด เข้าใจข้อกำหนด, ใบ cer internal auditor หรือ lead auditor
- สามารถเป็น internal auditor ได้
- เคยทำระบบ ISO45001 เข้าใจการบริหารระบบ เช่น การทำบริบทองค์กร ประเมินความเสี่ยงและโอกาสภายในภายนอก
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้
