- Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Mechatronics Engineer.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IATF 16949 and automotive manufacturing.
- Having experience in Production line process and APQP activity.
- Having cooperation and problem solving skill.
- Good command in English and Computer literacy.
- Planning to improvement activity support to assembly process in Production line.
- Develop new process techniques and enhancing existing process (APQP and FMEA activity).
- Conduct cost reduction projects in specific areas.
- Resolve quality and machine related issue in responsible areas.
- Follow up APQP and Activity.
