atThe Athenee Hotel Bangkok- To maintain brand standards and service and be responsive to requests/instructions of Front Office Manager/ Duty Managers. To be of service to guests and members of the public in all areas, especially regarding transportation, attractions and general information. Ensure all guests- needs queries and problems are anticipated and resolved. Sell Hotel facilities and generate revenue for the hotel through commissions and be a familiar point in guest- s stay.
- Experience with international chain hotels.
