Job Title:

IT Project Manager

Job Descriptions:

Manage and control project costs, resources, and schedules for IT Solutions project implementation.

Prepare project management documents, such as the Project Plan, Project Meeting Documents, Kickoff Meeting Minutes, Project Progress Reports, Meeting Minutes, Deliverable Sign-offs, and other related documents.

Oversee the working processes for each project to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines for product delivery.

Organize essential project meetings, including Steering Committee Meetings, Progress Meetings, and Internal Project Meetings.

Coordinate and collaborate with customers, vendors, or third parties involved in each project to ensure successful implementation.

Act as a mentor for project team members, including consultants and technicians, to ensure the timely submission of quality deliverables, and provide coaching when necessary.

Manage the billing process to the customer in accordance with project milestones.

Establish and maintain positive client relationships during engagements to ensure high client satisfaction and quick deployment.

Stay updated on new products, business trends, and customer requirements.

Assist team members in various roles (BA/SA/QA) as needed.

Mentor and train consultants on product knowledge and implementation methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

Required Knowledge:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Computer, Computer Science (GPA above 3.0), Computer Engineering (GPA above 2.75), or related fields.

Fundamental knowledge of project management frameworks and life cycles.

Strong command of English, with a required TOEIC score of at least 600.

Required Skills:

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Team Lead, or Senior Business Analyst in IT Solutions.

Experience in managing project resources, timelines, and budgets.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating and challenging provided information.

Good communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively in a team.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a multinational team environment.
