This role involves understanding job descriptions based on hiring manager specifications and presenting them to candidates and job boards. You will ensure full, on-time recruitment for all vacant positions from appropriate internal or external searches, and ensure all job posts align with Company brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Work on the online job posting process, including websites used and quality of posted advertisements, using the Company's Workday recruitment system
- Leverage online recruiting resources, including job boards, niche sites, and social networking sites to attract, identify and recruit the right candidates
- Effectively manage various job boards to attract talent from various markets
- Organize interview schedules for shortlisted candidates with all concerns including applicants and interviewers
- Handle correspondence for all applications including regret letters, employment confirmations, contracts and employment references
- Implement all processes relating to sourcing and recruitment of new team members, including job advertising, interviewing and reference checking
- Work closely with line managers to determine which recruitment channels to use and recruit in full against the Manpower Plan
- Advise hiring managers about all matters relating to recruitment process and ensure company policy and procedure is strictly adhered to
- Manage the blacklist in a timely manner on the Workday system
- Complete regular reports related to recruitment activities, maintain the talent database and strengthen succession plans proactively
About you
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized, self-disciplined, focused and driven
- Displays a positive attitude and able to plan
- Experienced in using various recruitment tools including e-tools
- Experienced in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Minimum three years working experience in Asia is preferred
- Spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
