Job Purpose

Partner closely with the Head of Brand to build and strengthen the people's foundation for new brand expansion. Lead HR Operations, capability development, manpower planning, and employee engagement to support business growth, ensure operational excellence, and cultivate a strong people‑centric culture aligned with brand strategies.

  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations for the brand, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processes across Recruitment, C&B, ER, and HR administration.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows that support operational effectiveness and comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Partner with store/operations leaders to ensure consistent application of HR standards and resolve employee issues with fairness and alignment to brand culture.
  • Manpower Planning & Workforce Management
  • Develop and execute manpower planning to support brand expansion, new store openings, and productivity optimization.
  • Monitor headcount, turnover, labor ratios, and workforce trends; provide insights to support effective decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Operations on forecasting staffing needs and ensuring the right talent availability for both frontline and management levels.
  • Capability Development & Performance Culture
  • Identify capability gaps within operations and brand teams; design and execute training, onboarding, and development programs that enhance operational readiness and service excellence.
  • Partner with Operations and L&D to build skill roadmaps, leadership development plans, and certification programs for frontline and management employees.
  • Support performance management processes, ensuring alignment to KPIs, feedback culture, and brand expectations.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Activation
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives tailored to the brand identity, promoting strong teamwork, service mindset, and positive employee experience.
  • Manage communication, recognition programs, and engagement activities to strengthen brand values and improve retention.
  • Monitor employee sentiment and collaborate with the Head of Brand to drive proactive improvements.
  • HRIS & Data Insights
  • Utilize HRIS tools to maintain accurate employee data, generate workforce reports, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Provide timely people insights and dashboards to the Head of Brand to support operational and strategic planning.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or multi‑store operations, with strong HR Operations and workforce planning background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HR operations workflows.
  • Experience in designing training, talent development, or operational capability programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, brand‑building environment.
  • Good command of English.
