Key responsibilities Supervise daily F&B/bar operations and ensure smooth service. Lead and motivate the service team during shifts. Maintain Anantara's luxury service standards and maximize guest satisfaction. Conduct pre-shift briefings and coordinate staff assignments. Monitor beverage and food quality, presentation and service. Handle guest requests, complaints and service recovery professionally. Control stock, wastage and operating costs. Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and safety standards. Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives. Assist with staff training, coaching and performance development. Coordinate with the Outlet Manager and other hotel departments. Help prepare the outlet for special events, promotions and high-volume periods. Qualifications 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale restaurant, or bar. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred. Good knowledge of bar and beverage operations, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and service standards. Strong guest-service and communication skills. Good English communication skills. Able to lead, motivate, coach, and train F&B team members. Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, stock taking, and cost control. Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally. A genuine passion for hospitality, beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences.
