หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอาง เช่น เมคอัพสำหรับใบหน้า ดวงตา และริมฝีปาก
- แนะนำเฉดสีและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมกับโทนสีผิว และสไตล์การแต่งหน้าของลูกค้า
- สาธิตการแต่งหน้าเบื้องต้น (Make-up demonstration) และแนะนำเทคนิคการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์
- ให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความเป็นมืออาชีพ และสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีภายในร้าน
- ผลักดันยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ขาย จัดเรียงสินค้าให้สวยงามตามมาตรฐานแบรนด์
- ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้า และประสานงานการเติมสินค้า
- รับชำระเงินผ่านระบบ POS และดูแลการให้บริการหน้าร้าน
- ติดตามโปรโมชั่นและแคมเปญของแบรนด์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อสร้างยอดขายและภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของร้าน
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 / ปวช. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์งานขายเครื่องสำอาง หรือเคาน์เตอร์เมคอัพแบรนด์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสนใจด้านการแต่งหน้าและเทรนด์ความงาม
- บุคลิกภาพดี มั่นใจ ยิ้มแย้ม และรักงานบริการ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและแนะนำสินค้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายยอดขายได้
