  • Developing career paths, development programs and schedules, as well as designing curriculums and organizing training ,Training Road Map.
  • Analyzing and designing assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee and company requirements.
  • Develop training & development program for all employees through various methods to increase of employee performances align with the company business.
  • Monitor the progress of training plan for each department to ensure training objective and training target are being archived.
  • Evaluate and follow up training result to comply with employee competencies and company objectives.
  • Developing effective working relationships and influencing, challenging and advising line managers on development and delivery of people plans to drive business needs.
  • Collating and using HR data and analytics to support and improve decisions on people and organization.
  • Providing training roadmap for competency, KPI, career path, and talent management.
  • Surveying and analyzing training and development needs to create individual development plans for staff.
  • Aligning the strategic training and development plan with the goals of the organization, competencies and training needs necessary for employees to perform their duties.
  • Creating programs and activities to provide skill development, such as E-learning, community of practices, mentoring, coaching, and group dynamics
  • Aged 25-38 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource Development (HRD)
  • At least 3 years experienced in HRD/OD with sound knowledge in modern HR methodology.
  • Hands-on experience in succession planning, career development planning, competency development and application of assessment tools.
  • Skills in training courses development and able to conduct training courses.
  • Able to coordinate with other functions and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, dynamic energetic and highly self-disciplined.
  • Experience in built-up training center would be advantages.
  • Good command of English and good presentation skill.
