• Thai Asia Pacific Brewery, Bangbuathong-Suphanburi Rd., Tambol Saiyai, Amphur Sainoi,Nontaburi.
• Drive food safety, quality, and sustainability standards across brewing and beverage production processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HEINEKEN standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Support daily brewing operations by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving product or process quality deviations.
• Lead and execute quality improvement initiatives to enhance First Time Right (FTR), process efficiency, and product quality.
• Conduct trials and development activities for new products, ingredients, brewing processes, fermentation, filtration, and beverage production improvements.
• Participate in TPM and continuous improvement programs, supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions on the shopfloor.
• Provide technological expertise for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, validation activities, and regulatory compliance approval processes.
• Manage supplier qualification activities, including material evaluations, supplier audits, and governance compliance.
• Analyze quality data, generate actionable insights, document trial results, and drive performance improvements through structured reporting.
• Develop and deliver technical training, coaching, and quality-related knowledge sharing for production teams.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Food Science & Technology, Biotechnology, Brewing Technology, or related science fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Beer, Brewing, or Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of brewing, fermentation, beverage production processes, and product quality management.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Experience in project management, process trials, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality and process data using statistical tools.
• Knowledge of Thai FDA regulations and quality compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Demonstrates the ability to use AI tools effectively, develop clear prompts, critically assess outputs, and incorporate AI into workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Able to be based at the Brewery, Bang Bua Thong-Suphan Buri Road, Sai Yai, Sai Noi, Nonthaburi.
