Key Account Specialist (Logistics Solutions)
atThai Beverage PCLaaaaKey Account & Relationship Management: เป็นตัวกลางประสานงาน เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อรับฟังปัญหา และนำเสนอโซลูชันด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่ตอบโจทย์ (ทั้งด้าน Hardware, Software และ Personal Skill) รวมถึงจัดกิจกรรมสนับสนุนและฝึกอบรมลูกค้าประจำปี
Logistics Optimization & Cost Saving: วิเคราะห์และพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการ (Logistics Model) ร่วมกับทีมปฏิบัติการ เพื่อลดต้นทุน (Cost Saving) ลดระยะเวลา และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ได้ตาม SLA
Data Analytics & System Improvement: วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำ Dashboard (เช่น Power BI, Excel) เพื่อใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจ รวมถึงรวบรวม Business Requirement เพื่อพัฒนาระบบ/แอปพลิเคชันร่วมกับฝ่าย IT
Commercial & Contract Management: คำนวณต้นทุนและค่าบริการโลจิสติกส์ บริหารจัดการสัญญาการให้บริการ ติดตามการรับชำระรายได้ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง รวมถึงประสานงานเพื่อผลักดันการหารายได้ใหม่ๆ
Project & Process Improvement: มอนิเตอร์ปริมาณการขนส่ง ติดตามผลการจัดส่ง จัดทำคู่มือมาตรฐานการทำงาน (Workflow/Procedure) และจัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหารและที่ประชุมต่างๆ
