Customer Management Associate - Analyst & Retention

Role & Responsibilities:


· Plan and develop marketing campaigns and promotions for B2C (Home/Condo) and B2B (Office/Factory) customer segments based on seasonal trends and customer purchasing behaviors.


· Develop channel-specific pricing and product packages tailored to different customer groups to increase order frequency.


· Analyze sales data across channels (online, offline, CRM) to identify opportunities for sales growth and customer retention.


· Prepare campaign performance reports, tracking metrics such as Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Re-purchase Rate by channel and customer type.


· Leverage data insights to design effective promotions and measure Return on Investment (ROI) for each campaign.


· Plan and manage CRM campaigns via Line Official Account (Line OA) including Broadcasts, Segmentation, and Loyalty-based Offers.


· Design customer journeys and tailored communication plans for different target segments.


· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support tools and marketing collateral.


· Coordinate with the delivery team and external partners (e.g. condominiums, office buildings) to implement co-promotion campaigns.


· Analyze customer feedback and responses to refine strategies for each channel and target group.


· Monitor and report on campaign impact on sales, providing strategic recommendations based on customer data analysis.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Digital Marketing, or other related fields.


· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer data analysis, or campaign planning.


· At least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM campaigns, such as Line OA, customer segmentation, or loyalty marketing.


· Strong understanding of channel strategy and customer purchasing behavior in both B2C and B2B segments.


· Proficient in data analysis tools, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).


· Skilled in promotion planning and analysis with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.


· Hands-on experience with Line Official Account (Line OA) and CRM systems for customer engagement and re-purchase stimulation.


· Good understanding of product assortment strategies and channel-based pricing models aligned with customer behavior.


· Able to analyze campaign data and present findings clearly to relevant teams.


· Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating across departments.


· Possess a customer-centric mindset and the flexibility to adjust plans based on data and customer insights.


· Detail-oriented, fast learner, and open to continuous improvement.
